Check In Hours & Important Facility Information

Sunset Lakes Resort is now Open to the Public! We still offer an exclusive secure atmosphere to all of our guests due to our controlled entrance and exit gates. Our security system can be activated 24 hours a day, for entry or exit by any valid card holder.

Those who have an advanced reservation will receive a security gate card to utilize during their stay. Below are the hours of that the Guests Services office and Main Gate is staffed. Please assure you are arriving during check in time so a staff member can register you properly. Please call 1-800-747-5253 well in advance to coordinate late arrivals.

    • August 17th to September 4th Adult Key Checkout during weekdays, regular hours on the weekends
    • September 4th, 5th & 6th 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    • The pool will open if the temperature is above 72 F and the outlook is sunny.
  • Resort Amenities, mini golf, paddles boats, basketball court etc
    • All amenities are available daily April 15th through October 17th.  Each amenity is subject to it’s own reasonable hours of operation and also subject to maintenance schedules and the weathers cooperation.
