| Feel free to arrive anytime before the rally begins, or stay with us for a few extra night afterwards! Please note your arrival and departure dates on the registration form. All campsites include 4 occupants 6 years old and older, one main camping unit (either a tent or camper). Additional occupants are $5 per day when pre-registered and pre-paid, one extra tent is $5 additional per night. |
| Discount: Upon Check-In, if at least 8 cabins or campsites have been reserved by the group a $5 per night discount will apply. 50-Amp Surcharge: On Mini-Golf sites 166-111, and 113-117 the 50-amp surcharge of $5 will be waived upon arrival (we upgraded these sites to 50-amps after the event was coordinated). |

| Deposit: Please enclose your first nights payment with your registration form. Check or money order made payable to Sunset Lakes Resort. Mail to P.O. Box 107, East Moline, IL 61244 Late Submissions: All reservations must be processed with the first nights payment no later than June 1, 2012. Submissions will be accepted on a space available basis and should be mailed no later than July 4th. Late submissions are not guaranteed to be near the rest of the IDC group, is space exists. |

Resort Details: Sunset Lakes Resort is the number one rated Illinois’ campground by Woodall’s. All guests of Sunset Lakes Resort receive free access to resort amenities. The club has negotiated use of Shelter #5 Friday and Saturday. The resort offers miles of paved roads for walking and biking pleasure amidst a mature moderately wooded campground. We strive to offer the best maintained and cleanest facilities around. Work up an appetite? No worries, The Plaza Grill will be open serving up tasty meals, snacks, and ice-cream treats to assure you have ample energy to keep up with the group.
