We begin our special group consideration and planning at three camping units. We would like the opportunity to work closely with you to assure your needs are accommodated and everything comes off with a bang!

Special group pricing begins with 8 confirmed camping reservations. Name a "Wagon Master" to be in charge, and we will work directly with that individual from pre-planning, to the groups arrival, through check in, don’t forget the FUN, and the ’Oh... too soon’ departure. We will do everything we can to accommodate reasonable special requests.

Extra care and advanced coordination is a must with any group, especially those on a grand scale. We can provide up to 175 camping units with power and water, an additional 100 dry. We will worry about the staffing concerns, how to avoid backups on arrival day, and even the food service. You worry about having Fun!

Let our years of experience guide even the novice Wagon Master through the entire event. Planning should begin at least six to twelve months ahead of time.
